Frequently Asked Questions

My printer is offline or not printing/scanning
Steps to take first:

-Check to make sure the printer's power cable plugged in and that the printer is on.-

-Check to see if the USB or Ethernet cable is connected.
       -If it's a USB, it is to be connected to the computer.
       -If it is using a Ethernet cable, be sure that it is plugged in to the router and that the router is powered.

-Try restarting the printer and your computer 

-Make sure that your are trying to print to YOUR printer.
      -insure your printer name ending with the word FAX is NOT the one you selected!
